A55 asks: well can't you buy those see naturally and improve your vision naturally eye kits? I mean are those kits you can buy effective or would you still recommend taking vision classes from someone like yourself?
Troy: I don't know of any effective kits out there. The one I think you are talking about is the See Clearly Method. It emphasises incorrect principles. Most people don't have any success with it.
The best option is a teacher. They can usually taylor the learning to a students needs. They also usually have continued support. I teach refresher support group classes. There are teachers all over the United States. Visions of Joy usually has a pretty good list of them but it must be being updated. Until a teacher is found the next best thing is to read the book Relearning to See. I have referral links to it to Amazon on my website.
